We always bake & leave milk & cookies for Santa. We leave a basket of carrots with stems for the reindeer.
We give him a bath & get him in his special Christmas PJs. Then snuggle around the Christmas tree lights watching Polar Express.
In the morning he's more excited about going outside picking up the stems from the reindeer & reading his note from Santa....then he worries about presents.
