got into fight with dad last night...
I'm sorry you had to go through that. I have been quite stressed during my pregnancy but I try to remain as calm as I can. I would try to forget about the fight and just concentrate on something pleasant.. maybe watch your favorite show or watch a really good movie. Some yoga breathing helps me too.. do you have any DVDs or maybe cablevision free on demand?
I don't think a day of losing it will really hurt your baby. But focus on relaxing today and put it out of your head.
This sounds really stupid, but once someone told me that I should pick a short time of each day to worry about stuff I can't change. and when it creeps into my head, and it's not that short 10 minute time, force myself to not think about it, and put it off until later. Sometimes it helps. Like, It's not my scheduled time to worry... oh well. and usually I forget about it when it's the actual time, so I am never allowed to worry about it!

Stress is never good for you, pregnant or not. I think you and baby will be ok. When I was pregnant with ds 2, my dad suddenly got ill and fell into a coma for almost a month. It was the hardest thing i have ever dealt with. I cried everyday. My ds is a happy healthy 2 year old now. Good luck, and I hope things get better for you!
