Need a gender neutral paint that is not green...
We are renovating DC2's room and don't know the gender...DD's room is a darker green which we offset with pinks and whites and I love...but their rooms are right next to each other and I feel like 2 green rooms next to each other is kind of weird...we are moving DD's natural wood furniture into that room and getting her other furniture so a beige is kinda out because I don't think it will work...can I do a blue-ish and if it's a girl, make it girly? I don't like yellow in a bedroom (I have it in the kitchen so it feels like a kitchen color..lol) TIA!

Need a gender neutral paint that is not green...
I would paint whatever you feel like. I am not a girly color person so if I had a girl there would be no pink purple or yellow.
What about gray or tan. I would personally do a blue. A light airy one would be beautiful.

Need a gender neutral paint that is not green...
I thought about grey, but don't love it..that's why I thought a grey-blue...I am not super girly, either, but DD's green was so darkish that it just looked cool...I feel like the furniture will blend into the tan since it's not a dark wood..

My DS will be moving in with DD when he is born. I'm repainting her room a greige color. There are many. Search greige on Pinterest, lots of awesome colors that are not quite gray and not quite beige.

We ended up doing grey. We didn't plan on finding out but we did. Before we knew we planned on painting the room grey and adding accent colors. I love teal with grey.
Look on pinterest for good color ideas

We have a blue-gray with brown, cream and robins egg blue accents. If I had a girl, I would have added touches of pink.

How about a turquoise or teal? Its a pretty color and can be accented with pink for a girl or green for boy.
