Natural/organic mamas
Has anyone come across a more natural version of velveeta or other cheese sauce? In the past I have bought Annie's deluxe mac and cheese and used that to put on veggies or whatever but it's very expensive for just the cheese (which isn't the best nutritionally speaking). Dd is a bit picky and this has helped me get some extra veggies into her meals without much fuss. Admittedly I'm not a die hard organic stickler but I hate the idea of all those crazy ingredients going into her on the regular.

Why don't you try making your own cheese sauce?

That's what I was going to suggest. Even if you're not using organic cheese or milk at least you know exactly what's going into it. I usually make my own mac and cheese for DD and throw in veggies or chicken and she loves it.
