Trouble breathing
Anyone experience trouble breathing? I am 21 weeks prego and for these week I have been very short of breath and find myslef breathing hat and heavy doing simple everyday things like walking up stairs or getting dressed... I do have a bit of allergies going on right know so my nose is on the stuffy side but this just seems like something more.. So far I have put on about 10-12 pounds so I can't really see that being it... Any advice or anyone experience anything like this?

Re: Trouble breathing
It's been really bad this entire pregnancy.
It is just out right horrible now at 37 weeks. Laying down in bed on my back makes me feel like I am suffucating.
I have to be on my side at all times when sleeping.
Doing laundry, walking to the car or washing dishes makes me winded.
I am so over this pregnancy and all it's side affects...lol

Re: Trouble breathing
Yup! I'm 20 weeks and I find it extremely hard to climb stairs especially. Was just thinking about it this morning that my commute is going to become impossible in a few months because I have a big climb up to and from to the subway platform and am already really short of breath post climb

Re: Trouble breathing
Me too. From I what I hear it is normal. I'm 13 weeks and have been experiencing, mostly when climbing stairs. The cold weather hasn't been helping either. Anyone else finding that the cold air bothers them? May just be because I have a bit of a cold.

Re: Trouble breathing
yep. it's totally normal. Your body is producing 50% more blood therefore it is working harder, plus organs getting cramped.
