Spinoff to pouches

Do you only use these when you're out and about?

How old was dc when you used the pouches? I'm still using jars and spoon bc I want her to learn eating from a spoon and we are also always in the house now for solids.

I also have that spoon that you can attach to the pouch so she will still learn how to use the spoon

Spinoff to pouches

I gave them to DS whenever. He was able to feed himself with them.

Spinoff to pouches

I stopped pouring the pouches into a bowl and spoon feed when DS was 15 months old and we were on vacation. So easy on the go

DS was probably about 8 months when i gave pouches. Mostly just for an on the go snack. I think it's good for them to start the pouches early and I wouldn't use the spoon, they need to learn how to use a straw also.

DS probably had his first pouch when he was 6mo and knew how to eat it right away. He gets them when we're out, but not at home.

Re: Spinoff to pouches

We often used them with the attachable spoon when she was 6-10 months. After that, she learned how to suck on them, and I mostly use them when we're out and about. She doesn't drink much milk and doesn't like to be spoon fed yogurt, so I will use the yogurt pouches to supplement some dairy.

DD started feeding herself the pouches at 8 months. I use them when we're out, as a super quick lunch so we could get out the door quickly after her nap, as a quick supplement when she doesn't eat dinner. I also bought reusable ones from ReSqueeze and put in yogurt or fruits and veggie mixes as a quick breakfast or addition to a meal.
