Almond Milk- Constipation
Im in the process of weaning my dd onto Almond Milk. We are up to 5oz of Almond Milk in her bottles and she hasn't pooped in 2 days which is unlike her! The last time she did poop 2 days ago I noticed her poop was def hard for her to get out and it was a bit dry...
Could it be the almond milk? Should I give her prune juice? If so how do I do it just dilute it in water? Shes never drank juice before she only drinks water.
Shes 17 months...
Any other ways to get her to go?

Are you going from breast milk to almond milk? Maybe it's just an adjustment phase? I would give prune juice, and if she doesn't like it just mix it with water.

Any transition can cause stomach issues while they adjust. I would try prune or pear juice watered down a bit. Or even baby food prunes- DD liked that a lot for some reason...long after she was done with baby food and purees. And it works like a charm!
