Had My 7 Week Sono Today
I was pregnant with twins via a FET. It looks like only one is viable. Baby A's sac was small and he didn't see a fetal pole which of course at 7 weeks you should. Baby B was great with a nice 128 rate heartbeat. He also said I am such a challenging patient as my uterus(TMI) is so hard to see(tilted) so anything could happen but it doesn't look promising for Baby A. He said he can't say with certainty for another couple of weeks.
I'm excited Baby B is viable and I really only was hoping for one more as I have a five year old DD but feel sad too, such emotions.
Thanks for listening!

Re: Had My 7 Week Sono Today
Im sorry. I had a vanishing twin with my last pregnancy (i think thats what they called it) and like you i only hoped for one but was still sad at the loss. Congrats on your strong HB! try to focus on that! Good luck!

Thank you. May I ask what happens to the "vanishing" twin? Does my body just absorb it, will I bleed and miscarry? I forgot to ask him.
