Has anyone ever passed what looks like tiny pieces of tissue when they pee? I don't know if its coming from my actual pee or not. I just see in in the toilet after I go. Im still spotting brown (only when I wipe) Im getting a little concerned. I had an us on Wednesday and everything looks good. Im about 8 weeks.
