table foods for 8 month old
what tabel food are your young ones eating.
DD2 will be 9 months this month and is refusing cereal and purees.
She's loving pancakes.
What else can I give her for breakfast lunch and dinner?
I'm drawing a blank as to what dd1 ate.
She does still gag sometimes but I think we are past puress 
growing to fast

puffs cheerios, steamed carrots, peas, pears avocado, mashed potato, beans, Isn't it crazy they are going to be 9 months already!
piper is the same way.

dd is 9 months old and still seems to prefer her purees
i try giving her stuff daily though and the one thing she likes it pasta

oatmeal
eggs
pancakes
toast
bread
waffles
applesauce
cereal
fruit
yogurt
veggies (steamed or soft)
ground turkey and beef
meatballs
meatloaf
turkey burger chopped up
bits of chicken nuggets
puffs
cheerios
kiks
cheese
pizza
pasta
pastina
soup

We are totally in transition from purees to real food.
DS is 9 months and so far eating:
pizza
pasta
chicken cutlet/chick francese
turkey
mashed potatoes
mashed sweeat potatoes
cous cous
rice
meatball
taco meat
moussaka
french fries
french toast
puffs
lil crunchies
we are pretty much offering him whatever we eat now (Hence the random things on the list like moussaka!).
Planning to try scrambled egg this wknd and meatloaf this week!

Agree with the above lists. When we were starting DS on table foods, some of the easier first foods were
sliced american or mozzarella cheese
mac and cheese
pasta cut small with butter or EVOO and parm cheese
Basically anything soft that slips right down!

We started yogurt at 6 months, so I don't see why you can't.

IMO feed whatever you are comfy with. I didn't follow ped recs except for peanuts and even then we did it earlier than what he said.
Go with your gut. It's usually right.
