At my 18w sono the Dr. mentioned that DD's left kidney was in her pelvic instead of the regular kidney spot. He said it's not that uncommon but I need to go for a genetic counseling to rule out any issues and then when she is born they will monitor that the urinary track is all good with an ultrasound. From the research I've done (yes I know...) it's not totally concerning and 1 in every 500 children in the US is born with this condition and they don't even know about it... Any one has/ had any experience with this?
