Those with kids in after-care

What are you doing for holiday gifts, if anything? I don't know what to do. There is the director, who I will obviously get something for. Then there has to be 10 women, who rotate on and off depending on the day. Do I get ALL of them something, do I do a group gift? I was thinking about some kind of food, but they are only there for like 2.5 hours right after lunch and before dinner.....seems silly. I thought about buying a bunch of like $5 DD GCs or something, but that just seems cheap.

My son is in before and after school. He doesn't go every day and there are weeks he doesn't go at all due to dh schedule. I was going to give a group food gift as I don't even know how many people there are altogether.
