Infant sleep changes
My DD who is 3 1/2 months started sleeping through the night a few weeks ago. I do her nighttime routine including bottle, bath, and play and put her to bed between 7pm and 8pm. She was sleeping until 6am pretty consistently. Since the holiday she has started to wake up between 4am-4:30am. In the past if she did happen to wake up early I would give her the pacifer and she would fall back to sleep. Now when I try to give her the pacifer its not working and she will just start crying. I try to get her to go back to sleep but she just won't. I have tried putting her to bed a little later and she is still waking up between 4a-4:30a. Any advice?

Have you tried feeding her at that god-awful-early-hour?  Both my kids would eat then go back down if they woke up that hour.
She could be going through a growth spurt and is hungrier than normal and can't go the entire 11-12 hours.

i would try increasing her night time bottle and seeing if that helps. could be a growth spurt

I do feed her at that time because she has made it clear she's not going back to bed without a bottle lol. Problem is by the time I change her, feed her, and put her back down I have to start getting ready for work. (I'm exhausted!) I was thinking it could be a growth spurt...thanks!

My dd gets her bedtime bottle at about 730pm, wakes up about 5:30/6am even if she goes down later. Gets a bottle and goes back down for another 2 hours. I neeeeeeeed those hours.

I think growth spurt too. I would try giving her a bottle.

I actually do e she takes 6 ounces normally every 4 hours and at night the last bottle I give her 7 ounces.
