I did a mug with the babys pic that says I love grandma and hugs and kisses with my dd name. Personalizationmall.com has GREAT mugs.
My mil I did a pic plaque from shutterfly for her office.
theres phone cases, shirts, ipad covers, mouse pads, keyrings, mugs, travel mugs or pic necklace from a jeweler.
If its something non pic related, then a necklace where you can put the grandchilds birthstone or the origami owl ones.
