I want to get one of those kits for my kids to make a Gingerbread House. Anyone know where I can get it?

Question... what do you DO with them after you make them? We were at Cracker Barrel and they had Cinderella's castle in gingerbread would be awesome but what would I do with it? It wasn't expensive (under $20) but right before we bought it we thought "wait.. what do you DO with it?"
Yes Michaels has tons just be sure to check the box before you leave to make sure its not broken up. I recall a few returns for that and it wasn't that ppl were angry, just bummed they had waited and opened it up to find it broken in front of their kids.

Re: Gingerbread Houses
I purchased one at Bed Bath and Beyond. As for what to do with it, it was a great way to use up the halloween candy. We used it as a centerpiece for our Thanksgiving/Hanukkah party. Some ate it and it will be in the trash tomorrow.

I saw them in target today for $9.99. There is a coupon on the cartwheel app too if you use it.
