Doesn't like being strapped in
DD will be 10 months old this week. She is the happiest baby ever except when she is in her high chair, car seat, or stroller. She doesn't cry but will struggle to break free to the point her face gets red. Any ideas what I can do?

Re: Doesn't like being strapped in
Don't let her get bored! Make sure that she is hungry and food is in front of her in the high hair, you quickly get going in the car , and you quickly keep icing walking or rocking back and forth in the stroller! I think all kids are like that when they aren't 100% stimulated! Lol

Doesn't like being strapped in
My dd does that in the highchair after about 10-20 min. And she does it in the stroller when were not moving for long periods of time. I try to give her lots of toys and snacks in her stroller.
Shes great in her car seat.

Re: Doesn't like being strapped in
I can only speak on the car seat, make sure the top of the strap is at or slightly below the top of the shoulders. Sometimes when they are too low the child is uncomfortable.

Re: Doesn't like being strapped in
The more mobile they become, the more mobile they like to be. So it's just typical. DS has his days he doesn't mind sitting and others when all he wants to do is move around. I don't think there's too much you can do.

Re: Doesn't like being strapped in
One of my DDs has been resisting the car seat. She screams like she is hurt but luckily she calms when the car is moving. I chalk it up to her new found freedom.
