How to handle no rsvps from preschool friends

So 10 out of 12 kids from dd's 3yr old class did not respond to her bday party that is on Saturday. I do not know these parents or have their phone numbers. Dd has school on Tuesday. Should I write something up with the info for the party asking them to rsvp asap and have the teacher put it in the kids folders or should I leave it alone and assume all those kids arent coming?

I don't have experience with this but I wouldn't assume they weren't coming. From what I read on here it sounds like a lot of people just don't RSVP. I've had things where people don't RSVP and just show up.

I would def put in a note in their folders or maybe contact the teacher for a class list with phone numbers. So annoying.

This happened to me this year with my daughter's party. Many never responded. I left notes in their cubbies and got a few extra responses. I still had a few no answers by the time the party rolled around. The no answer people actually showed for the party and I even had someone bring a much older sibling, not invited, that I wound up paying for. I was pretty pissed off about that. So I would count them as coming for noe.

When DS was in pre-school, there was actually one mom who stood at the door at pick up with her list, and asked them if they were coming. She was able to get an answer from everyone that way. Not sure if I would do that but wanted to provide it as an option for you.
