Those in the know about car seats and cars...
I know there are a couple of people on here that are really in the know about car seats...we are looking into a car that has a slide forward middle row and DH is concerned about compromising the safety of our car seats (the one on the sliding side would be an infant base for a while and then a convertible car seat down the line..) Thank you for any help!

Join the group on facebook "Car Seats for the Littles" There are some amazing and VERY knowledgeable techs on there. Post your question and within minutes you should have an answer. (If not bump yourself as the wall moves very fast some days/times)

I do not recommend this site, nor do many other professionals in the field.
