Who Will Give Me More $$ For Clothes?
DD is quickly growing and I need new clothes. I'd like to get a small chunk of cash by selling some of her old clothes. How much does Once Upon A Child pay per item approx.? I've used thred up in the past, but I don't think they've given me more than 25 cents for a childs item.
I don't want to sell online because I want to sell it as one bulk, all in one shot.

I met someone yesterday who told me that she was only paid .90 for an Xmas dress at once upon a child... I didn't see the dress nor it's condition but I'm surprised by the price... Not sure if that is the norm or not though....

You get garage sale prices at both. .50 to a dollar on most things. I would sell them online on FB or ebay if you want to make money off them.

I used to always sell to Thred Up and had great experiences, but this past time, I got next to nothing for the clothes I sold.

I wouldn't even bother with once upon a child. I had two brand new outfits gymboree & carters. The gymboree outfit was a corduroy skirt and matching shirt and the caters was a 3 piece newborn outfit. They wanted to give me $3.30 for everything. I couldn't even believe that. I actually donated them to St Vincents Depaul. I couldn't be bothered with posting them online and waiting for someone to come pick it up but I wasn't going to give it to ouac for $3.30 when I paid $30 bucks for the gymboree outfit alone.
I'd say donate and write it off on your taxes or try buy/swap/sell on fb.

If the clothes are in perfect condition and you price low, they will sell on those FB sell sites.
Like if you break them into lots of 8-10 pieces or 3-4 outfits for $5-10 depending on the brand.
Otherwise, list for free on those sites.
I like to know the clothes are going to someone who is going to use them, so I feel like selling them for very cheap or free on those sites is better than donating to certain places.

I sell online or consignments but only name brands......most of small sizes under 12 months you will get peanuts for.

I've been selling clothing lots on ebay. Usually 5 outfits at a time. I get anywhere from $10-$24 per lot, depending on what's in it.
