10 month old refusing bottles
It may just be the age but I never went through this with my son so please, someone talk me off a ledge  
DD just turned 10 months. In the past month, she really began eating table food (breakfast items, fruits, cereals) and her formula intake has DRASTICALLY dropped.
She was taking 4 8oz bottles. She is now taking 3 bottles and will take anywhere from 2-5oz per bottle. She is averaging 12oz per day.
She isn't really drinking from a sippy yet so 12oz isn't cutting it. She has also been a bit constipated, I am sure from a lack of liquids. I started giving her extra oatmeal with formula just to get more formula in.
She is pretty much refusing her bedtime bottle altogether :(
Any advice? Normal? Is this a sign she is ready to move to milk?
I guess I should find a sippy cup and get her on it!
Water with a bit of juice in a bottle to get her to drink?

Totally normal!
DS is almost 10 months old and he's been refusing his bottle for a few weeks already. He takes about 15oz, give or take, a day, but is a great food eater now. Yesterday, he took 1 oz all day long. Literally - 1 oz. He just prefers food. Sounds like your daughter does, too.
Our ped said it's totally normal. Just make sure she's getting her nutrients elsewhere - baby yogurt is good for that, and healthy table foods. You can try to get a little extra formula in by mixing it with oatmeal (we usually make oatmeal with water, so dr suggested formula if we prefer). But, as long as your daughter is gaining weight, then it's fine! She won't be having formula soon anyway. This does not, however, mean it's time to switch to milk. I think 10 months is still too early.
I know you said she isn't drinking from a sippy yet, but can you try? DS loves water in his sippy and has that all day long. If you can get your daughter drinking water, that should help with the constipation. 1-3 oz of prune juice can help, too. Or pureed prunes if she won't drink the juice.

Normal. Dd1 was like yacht and off of bottles at 1 yr/a little after. Her formula dropped as well
For bedtime try giving it a half hour before she goes to sleep. Dd reused it as well during our normal rocking routine. Gave it to her 1/2 before and she took it.
I have the playtex straw trainer cup that my 8 month old can use. She loves it. She drinks from it here and there. I would try that. It's super easy for them and I can squeeze the sides for liquid to come out. But be careful it def leaks a lot. Get her used to that then try a different straw cup.

10 month old refusing bottles
i have to warm her formula again so she will drink it... so annoying!! She likes the NUK sippy but i had to open the hole more cause i could hardly get anything when i tried it.

Mine hated the ones that pretend to be bottle with the wide nipple. Now they do the straw. We do water only still since they leak. We just started giving it once they ate more table food and they finally got it. They had been getting 2/3- oz formula after meals but I got tired of washing bottles so I switched to sippies. (now they get bottles in am and pm only.)

We started with the Playtex sipsters around 6 months, which is a training cup. You can squeeze it and the water comes up through the straw, training the baby to drink through a straw. DS didn't love those, though, just prefered the regular Playtex Lil Grippers, which also have a straw.
DS also likes drinking out of a regular cup. Yes, he spills water on himself, but he sees us drinking like that and likes to do it himself, too. Maybe try drinking out of a straw around your daughter and see if she'll mimic you with her own sippy?

When DD seems to not be taking in milk / formula I make sure she's getting it from her food like yogurt and cheese etc.
Also, I make sure to offer water with every meal and snack.
