Oatmeal to increase milk supply
Can it be flavored, instant oatmeal? Or does it have to be plain, regular oatmeal?

No wonder why I was leaking yesterday, that's what I had for breakfast. I actually had it this morning too, better break the nursing pads out!

Do it the fun way and make lactation cookies. These are absolutely delicious and they definitely helped.
I left out the chocolate chips to cut uneccesary calories. Can't make a link from my phone:
