3d sono
good morning ladies! I am thinking about getting a 3d sonogram to try to see the genders of my beans (twins) because I hear they can tell a little better with a 3d. For those of you that have had them where did you go, How much did it cost (if you don't mind my asking, What week did you go and did you find out the gender of your LO? TIA

3d sonos are really only done late in your pregnancy (30+ weeks) to get a look at the LO's face, among other things. I think you're just talking about getting a gender reveal sono.

My office did not do a gender sono until 20 weeks. We wanted to find out earlier so we did a 3D sono at 15 weeks. We went to Baby imprints in Valley Stream. The tech told us we were having a boy and it was confirmed a month later at the OB.
We ended up doing another one later on (32 weeks) at Baby's First Apperance in Port Jeff. b/c we had a living social deal or amazon local deal (don't remember which one) for the place. We got cute pics!

Thank you so much! I'm 13 weeks tomorrow and I'm itching to know even though I am way too early at this point lol. They are amazing pics which is also something I would be excited about

I went in smithtown area. Prices were great and we did a package where we got to go three times during the pregnancy. The first was for gender although she did not cooperate and had to come back again. Free of charge. Went at like 18, 24 and 30 weeks. Something like that. I loved it there. So nice, clean, huge private room with big flat screen tv on the wall. A nice couch if you want people to come.

Highly recommend them

Plus they have really late hours during the week so we were able to go after coming home from work in the city
