Tiny Prints Customer Service Rave

I just had to share. Their customer service is great.
I spent more than I wanted to on cards this year, but i fell in love with the design and since we don't have a huge list to send to, figured I'd splurge.

When they arrived I was not happy with the picture on the front. It looked to me like it was overexposed or something. My DD's dress had lost all it's detail and it was almost glowing- it was so bright it looked like it was colored in with a neon marker!

I called them up the next day and the guy was so nice and helpful. He looked at the proof, checked the resolution of my picture, and said it may be due to a filter they used that works great on 99% of the pictures. (I guess I was in the 1% that it did NOT work well on!)

He went into my account, grabbed the original picture and sent it back to the designers to redo.
I had a proof back in 1 business day to approve.

They then reprinted and reshipped the order with overnight expedited delivery.
I had called on Tuesday. The new order is on the truck to be delivered to my house today- so less than a week from the day I called to complain.

Great customer service like that goes a long way in my mind- they pretty much sealed me as a customer for life.

Their customer service is great. I had to send by announcements back 2 x and they ended up refunding like 50% in the end plus shipping. It was annoying but at least they fixed it.

And to to it all off I just got a handwritten thank.you note from the guy that helped me on the phone. Thanking me for calling and letting me know he wanta me to be 100%
happy with my order and thanking me for letting them be a
part of our Christmas memories.
Hand written and signed.
Wow. I never had customer service like this before
They are one smart company!

Love their customer service. I had a similar experience, even got the card from the person who helped me on the phone. They are wonderful and helpful.
