Brewer Diet
I am not following any specific diet plan. I am following the recommended nutrient guidelines for pregnant women. The Brewer diet recommends eating a certain number of foods from various categories daily which doesn't work for me because of food intolerances. It is wonderful you have found a diet plan that works for you. I am still struggling to eat the recommended amounts of iron and carbohydrates daily.
