The cord attached to the baby monitor’s sensor pad is placed under the crib mattress, which poses a strangulation risk if the child pulls the cord into the crib and it becomes wrapped around the neck.

I called and got a voicemail, because I was unable to get on the website. I left a message, but was able to get into the website later and filled out the form. They called me back today explaining the recall, and said they would send me the kit to fix. I told them I already filled the form online, and he said those were already being processed and should be out any day.
