Doesn't like high chair

DD is 9 months old and doesn't love her high chair. Breakfast and lunch go fine but by dinner she gets very fussy in her high chair. Any suggestions? She's too young for a booster I'd think. She will literally sit in her high chair looking like she wants to bust free.

DD went through that phase. It onlylasted a few weeks. I sprinkled some puffs or Cheerios on the tray to keep her entertained and also put on the Melissa and Doug small bead maze, which sections on strongly.
