Acne
My skin is horrible!! I am 14 weeks on Monday and it is just getting worse..
Does anyone have a safe, miracle product that they can recommend?  I do my normal regime..a mild cleaner and moisturizer (cerave) with a toner and it is doing nothing to help. I have a clay mask, does nothing. Is it hopeless?

I have no suggestions, but my face cleared up around 14 weeks so maybe there is hope. I now however have chest acne....
