Boppy or breast friend.
Are you bringing either to the hospital to help with breast feeding? I have the boppy and was debating if I should pack it up with my bag? What do most people do?

Boppy or breast friend.
YES!!  I didnt have one when my son was born and I wish I had brought one. Now that I have one I defintely plan to bring it. Its a lifesaver for breastfeeding.

I had the breast friend and never used it. I actually found it easier to nurse dd without it but everyone is different

I brought the boppy with me when I had my 1st ds and I will be bringing it with me again this time. I also have the breast friend but would not bring it to the hospital.

The LC will show you how to BF without it. It's def not necessary.

This is true..I didnt have one as soon as DS was born and she taught me without it BUT I think having the boppy makes it so much easier. I had trouble propping DS up with reg. pillows. The boppy is a life saver

I'm bringing the Brest Friend with me to the hospital as they say it is very helpful after a CS

I had my boppy at the hospital and found it so helpful. I still use it for my night time feedings and whenever it's nearby, it's not necessary once you get the hang of it but it is definitely helpful!

i brought the boppy and found myself sitting on it when feeding in the hospital bc i was just so sore. IT REALLY HELPED!

With my son, I brought the breast friend to the hospital and actually ended up having my husband bring my Boppy in. I wasn't a fan of the Breast Friend. I took it out for this baby though, because I guess you never know.

A thousand times yes!! It was sooo helpful to have, not just for nursing, but for when our families came in to see the baby... they all used it to hold him! It was so much easier... esp for our dads and my BIL who were a little more awkward with him. Everyone felt more comfortable holding him with it. Not to mention it was more comfortable for me to hold him too, having had a CS.
