Re: So if your baby falls asleep on their belly??
Once they are able to roll over on their own, it is fine for them to sleep on their belly. My DD has been doing it since she was 4 months old.

LOL I feel ya. I was too but then you will relax a bit. It's nerve wracking the first time they do it ! Just leave them. If they can get that way, they can get out of that way. My son has been doing it since 4 months too.

Re: So if your baby falls asleep on their belly??
Lol I have the opposite problem...my ped wants the baby to sleep on her belly at all times! So I have to put her on her belly and I know she doesn't like it. Like you I'm still glued to the monitor but like everyone said as long as they can pick up their neck and turn their head it's fine.

I was worried at first too. Mine now sleeps on her belly with her face shoved into the bar with her feet up on the bar. She's 6 months.

The night my DS rolled onto his belly was the first night he ever slept straight through...he was 4 months. I never flipped him over. I was not going to change something that was working for him!!!!
