So I go to the starbucks that I go to every since workday morning and I order the same thing I always do. Well, I get to the window and I ask if they had any stoppers, the kid at the window said they were out so I kindly asked if I could have a second cover then... He huffed around, was so unbelievably nasty and said "sure" then continued to toss me the coffee and said "why don't you have a nice day as well". I was floored, I couldn't believe how poorly this kid treated me, so I asked to speak to the manager... I'm telling the manager everything I just wrote and I was seriously on the verge of tears. I just couldn't believe it! It's a half an hour later almost and I'm STILL ready to cry, such a jerk. I've NEVER wanted someone fired for their service, this kid deserves to be fired.
