I'm an attorney and I sometimes wear light blue nail polish. So, I don't think its a big deal.

It's nail polish, I don't think it's a big issue. Now if they were bright blue and waaay to long then I think that would be unprofessional.
Yeah. If they were super long acrylics that curled at the ends, I'd prob think differently about the blue polish.
