dumb question
I know we cant eat certain soft cheeses.
Can we eat fondue? Im thinking of going to The Melting Pot tonight. That's fine right?

dumb question
We can eat soft cheese as long as it is pasteurized. The majority of cheese in the US is pasteurized so it is unlikely that the Melting pot serves any unpasteurized cheeses but if you are concerned you can ask the server.

dumb question
I think cooked cheese is fine. The only ones I'd stay away from are the moldy ones, like blue.

The cheese is fine. It's only soft b/c it's melted. And I'm jealous. I want to go to Melting Pot!
