Carpal tunnel anyone???
I believe I have it and have it bad. The numbness and tingling in my arms hands and fingers is crazy. Happens at night, when I dry my hair and even just sitting up. What can I do other than give birth,????

I had it bad when I was pregnant too. I found wrist braces at Walgreens that really helped. I only wore them at night but it made a difference.

I had it while pregnant. And 8 days PP I am still experiencing it, but not nearly as bad. Personally, I found the braces to be completely useless.
Talk to your doctor, limit salt intake, use pillows to prop your arms/hands into comfortable positions while sleeping.
Just remember, it will all be worth it once you see their little faces!

I had it bad towards the end of my last pregnancy. Thankfully, once I had my DD it went away! It sucksss!

Wear the braces while you sleep and google carpal tunnel hand stretches
There are a few that help a little
Hopefully it goes away when baby is born

I have it and will be trying braces this week. Some nights it is painful and my fingers are frozen in curled positions. Even during the day my hands are in a little pain when I make a fist or bend my fingers. Hoping the braces work!

Carpal tunnel anyone???
Had it with my first pregnancy- it went away after DD was born but the only thing that helped was a wrist cbrace.. though it didn't help all that much either!
