6 weeks & brown discharge
I'm 6 weeks pregnant and yesterday started experiencing cramping. It got me nervous so I took the day off to be off my feet. By the end of the day, I had some slight brown discharge. It stopped, and just started up again.
Should I be worried? Should I call my doctor? I don't know what to think.

I'd call for peace of mind but it's most likely very normal. Spotting and even bleeding is very common in pregnancy, especially early on.
