I don't think any cruises will allow you to sail at that point. What about a destination like San Francisco or San Diego? If you go to the caribbean then it would beach all day and activities you can't really participate in being pregnant. But a city destiation will allow some much needed alone time pre-baby; and minimal sightseeing that won't make you too tired.

I sailed on a cruise in my 23rd week this was back in jan 2012... Not sure if cruise lines have changed policies since then but it was the best trip ever! I ate them out of house and home and felt great at that point. I'd do it again pregnant in a heartbeat!

We did Turks and Caicos for our baby moon. I wanted an easy flight. No connections or boat transfers.

If you want warm weather, try to o as far south as you're willing to go. Florida, Bahamas, etc.. Is iffy in December- could be warm, could be cold. We just came back from Aruba and loved it. But in fairness we are lazy vacationers, so siting on the beach for a long weekend was perfect for us. If you're not hung up on warm weather, there are lots of drivable spots that would be nice. We did Atlantic City and Philadelphia when I was pregnant and we loved it. We also did a cruise the first pregnancy, but I was only 18 weeks or so. If you would like to cruise, is there any way you can go sooner?

ITA! I went cruising at 17 weeks pg and had a great time. I went on Carnival though, their policy was that you had to be less than 25 weeks. Is there any way you can push it up a few weeks?
If not, I would try to do florida maybe, like miami.
