How do you hang a chandelier (with no lights) on the ceiling in a nursery?

I would love to hang a chandelier in my baby girl's room. I don't want one with lights as we have track lighting in that room. I tried to google it but all the directions are for one with lights and how to do the wiring in the ceiling. Has anyone hung one without lights? What's the best way? And also..where did you purchase yours? Thanks so much!!

If it's for decoration only just buy a hook you screw into the ceiling and hang it from the hook
