Newborn Photog
Session Fee:250$
All digitalis:775$
Is this a good price? Also the newborn announcements are 2.50$ each but if I have the digital files couldn't I just make those myself for less?

Is that a total of $1025? If yes, that's pretty high...
Also you can always do your own announcements on Tiny Prints or another similar site for much less.

I agree with everyone else. Thats seriously expensive... there are a ton of great photographers out there that are way less.

I feel like that's the prices I've been finding everywhere! Christine Melissa was a little less but she's too far from me! I am in the Bronx so looking for something in Queens or Westchester. Any suggestions?

That would be way out of my budget, but if you feel they are worth it and want to spend that it's not unheard of.
There are plenty of less expensive photographers, but the ones I know of are closer to Suffolk so I can't help with alternative recommendations.

ITA. I'm getting a newborn session w. 15-18 edited images for a 1/3rd of that.

Sorry, no suggestions, I live in Westcheter and we drive over an hour to suffolk county for photos

when you say all digitals, does that mean you are receiving all the raw images?? like every single shot taken? if so, that is very expensive, photographers dont like to give away all their work and raw images.
If you mean you get the few that they retouched in a digital format, then i think thats too much

they are def. less expensive photographers out there the key is that you hae to like thier work and everyone has different taste/opnion on whats they like and think is good.
I am paying about 1/3 of that and getting about 80-100 images.

It's 20 I guess touched up images.

so i looked again what i was getting after you made this comment and its sayd 80-100 photos so i am not sure if they are all differnt images or not . I should get that clarified though

"Good price" means something different to everyone. If you like the photographer then go with them. You get what you pay for. Someone who charges that is going to have better work than someone who charges $250 total. These are one time photos!
Eta- yes you can do your own announcements if you have the digitals but that's about what tiny prints charges too.
