Hcg Trigger shot?
I was just wondering does anyone who has been on this infertility ride for longer then I .....how exactly does the HCG trigger shot help increase your chances of pregnancy? I asked thi question of my Dr and got the medical info but failed to really understand what he meant.....does it just help you to ensure timing of ovulation or does it help you to release more than one mature follie or is it that the HCG helps your lining? Im just curious ...also I purchased my shot last month from CVS and then saw others post about cheaper places to purchase so if anyone has any info on this as well......Thanks in advance! Exactly what Michelle said, and I always order mine (novarel) from Krauppners. It was about $100 and they deliver the same day

HCG ensures you will ovulate, helping to better timing for an IUI or even TI. It does not ensure that you will O multiple eggs and really has nothing to do with your lining.

agree with others- I pay OOP for my HCG and it was cheapest at Kraupner's. It cost me about $100.
