gross motor question
when can babies sit up on their own from back position?
like not rolling over and then sitting up from tummy position... actually crunching up to sitting position??

It varies by the baby. My kids sat up by about 7 mo on their own but I don't remember when they sat up from laying.

DD mastered this by 7-8 months. So odd actually, she was crawling before she was really doing this well.
