The headaches ...
are awful! Im trying hard to not keep taking Tylenol but I think I really need it. .. is it bad to keep taking it (by keep taking .. I mean like once a day every few days)

The headaches ...
It is not bad to keep taking it but if it is not helping talk to your OB. I suffer from migraines and once I was past 12 weeks my OB told me it was alright for me to take percocet for severe pain. I was also prescribed lidocaine/prilocaine cream to apply topically to my head.

I have them as well, some days are worse than others.
I take tylenol and try ice packs when i am home
looking for suggestions as well

The headaches ...
I take Tylenol for my headaches too. I feel guilty every time I do but if I don't take it on the onset of it they get so much worse throughout the day. Have you had headaches before the pregnacy?
