DD saying she is hungry 10 minutes after her meal

DD is 14 months old. She has a large well-rounded meal, eats most of it very well, at the end of the meal starts throwing food, turning head, showing her disinterest that she is done. But then 10 minutes afterwards starts using her hungry word again. Is this normal? Is she just saying that now and it no longer solely means feed me? Or for some reason is she still hungry? Do I make her wait or do I feed her right away again?

I would probably offer up a healthy snack and see if she eats it- something like cheese and crackers or fruit.

This is what I would do also.

I would probably offer some yogurt or a pouch. I also don't pull DD out of the high chair as soon as she says she's done. Especially at dinner, I'll usually start cleaning up and getting some dishes done, etc. When DD realizes DH and I are finished and she's not getting anything else, she'll often start eating more of what she has.
