Tailbone Pain?
Anyone have extreme tailbone (coccyx) pain early in pregnancy? Thought it was just a freak thing, but once I started googling, sounds like it is not totally uncommon in pregnancy and probably related to it.
What kind of doctor can I go see for this? It is unbearable (8 on a scale of 1-10). I can't sit up, have tried heating pads, etc.
Any recommendations would be very helpful.

Tailbone Pain?
i had similar pain early on too. nothing I did alleviated the pain. until I stretched out my lower back, and did a stretch for my SI joint. turns out the pain itself was stemming an out of place SI joint. a physical therapist showed me how to put it back in place. no more pain in my tailbone.
i do get lower back pain now, but a few yoga stretches & I'm much better. HTH :)

it helped me immensely. more than a chiropractor + massage therapy combined.
