Confirmed BFP but very low nmbers
WOw is all i can say. thanks for all the advice. first let me start by saying tuesday i started spotting noticed it on the crinone applicator. Was worried called the dr and was told could be implantation bleeding and to wait it out another day or so. By yesterday ot was a full blown period( right red and heavy) or so i thought. i am still bleeding heavy and went thru so many pads. i called the dr last night and they said to come in this morning , my test wasnt until mon. i was prepared for a definate no. i got my call and the dr said u are indeed pregnant but your numbers are very low which could result in early miscarriage. I honestly dont know what to do. i forgot to ask what the levels are i am waiitng to call him back as he was with patients. What causes the numbers to be low? could it be that maybe i implanted late and sicne i wasnt supposed to go until mon? any advice would be so helpful!!
thanks again
Update: So spoke to the dr and i am pretty much out. The beta was a 9 and i go back mon for blood and they are just waiting for the numbers to get to 0. So upset. i guess everything happens for a reason. How does this process work now? bc next step would be FET. i ovuulate on my own does that make a diff? any advice would be appreciated. thanks

Hi. Sorry you're going through this. My story is similar. I was bleeding lightly before my beta. I was positive my beta would be negative since that day I was bleeding like a regular period but low and behold I actually had a positive beta (25). The bleeding slowed down for 2-3 days but came back with a vengence after my 2nd Beta (68). I bled heavily after that and the highest my beta reached was in the mid 800's. Turns out I had an ectopic pregnancy. I really hope your outcome is different than mine. Think positive, I know it's easier said than done.

Are you cramping or just bleeding? It's possible the bleeding is ok and not a sign of m/c.
Your numbers may be low because it's so early! If your beta wasn't scheduled until Monday I'm assuming you're about 10dpo which is really early. Many people won't even register a BFP yet.
I think all you can do it wait it out. for you!

My first beta was a 20.. Kept doubling in the time frame but then started decreasing. At first we hoped it was late implantation, but the numbers never got above 400. I never spotted until my beta was back down in the 40's. Hopefully your second number will be much higher!!!

That is so early for a beta! My first pregnancy, I didn't get a positive until 11dpo.
Hang in there!

That is very early for a beta so I wouldn't expect your beta to be high. The bleeding could go either way. Sending your way
