OB/GYN ASSOCIATED WITH SOUTH NASSAU HOSP

I just recently found out I am pregnant with baby number 2. My OBs office used to be associated with South Nassau Hospital which is where I delivered my DD, but they aren't anymore. I had a great experience the first time and would like to deliver number 2 there as well. Can anyone reccomend their OB who delivers at South Nassau?

I used to go to him but I moved to suffolk and had to find a new Dr. He's a great man and delivers at South Nassau. He delivered my son and he was fantastic.

Dr. Robert Dean. He used to be in Garden City but moved to a bigger office in Levittown. I dont know his new number but I'm sure if you goggle him i'll come up

I wouldnt use dr dean. Sadly i liked him but then evaluated how my situation was treated and realized he didnt handle it well at all. My sister was also using him and he misinformed her something important.

If you have a dr you liked and were happy with I would stick with them over choosing a dr by hospital

I go to Horizon OBGYN Dr.Thomlinson and Dr. Oh, (one male and one female) I love it there. It is not to big you only see the 2 dr's. I went here after having many bad decisions with another group that where very dangerous. I have loved every minute.

Thanks for all of the suggestions! Dr. Oh actually did my first C-Section since my doctor wasn't on call at the time and Dr. Dean checked up on my recovery after my C-section. It's good to know you ladies recommend them. I'm debating if I should do what jgl suggested above and stick with my doctor and go to a different hospital.
