Prenatal yoga near Massapequa

Anyone know any good places that do prenatal yoga near Massapequa? My first pregnancy I went to one right by me, but they closed down. I'd like to go again! TIA

is this something a lazy non exerciser nor a never done yoga person can do?

I actually took DVD's out of the library but have yet to try those..I need motivation!

Prenatal yoga near Massapequa

My friend raves about a Satya Yoga Shala in Farmingdale. I had been meaning to go but its kinda far from me and I never got the chance. But they also seem to have really great prices compared to other places I looked at.

YEs you can do it even if you're never done yoga before. It's relaxing and great!!! I recommend it :)

I've been doing regular yoga there for a few months now. But I did prenatal yoga throughout my previous 2 pregnancies with the teacher who does the prenatal class at Satya. She's awesome! It's Saturday morning at 9. I'm going to start either this Saturday or next. Feel free to FM me if you have any questions!

Thanks! I'm going to try to go next Sat. I have weddings the next two Saturdays, so it might be in 3 weeks, but Im definitely going to go there and try it! :)
