soreness in left side of belly/abdomen
is this normal? i am just wondering if i slept wrong...or something more. 
the left side of my belly feels tight and it is sore to touch. feels like i got punched over there - or if i pulled a muscle.
right side has no pain.
has this happened to anyone else?.....

How far along are you? Im 32 weeks and i get this often, i think its her arm or leg rubbing into something

the top of my belly is always sore, tingly, and sometimes numb. It's because her butt is there all day long and she's actually irritating me from the inside and pressing on the nerves.
If LO is constantly kicking there maybe you're just irritated from the constant movement

How far along are you?
im 22w4d. i only feel movement below the belly button, so not sure what this is.....
