Question TMI alert
I am currently at my 2ww, I have cut out a tremendous amount of caffeine , stopped smoking since right before the transfer , and eating very healthy...... Why in gods name am I soooooo constipated?? I'm on the progesterone suppositories 3x a day, yes I will not lie I hate them I would rather a oil injection each night . Could that be the culprit ? I am pretty regular when it comes to the bathroom but honestly and I know this sounds so crazy I'm afraid I will strain too much and things are still healing . I tried Metamucil last night before bed, nothing ! Any suggestions would help.

Start taking colace. It happened to me from the progesterone too. It's horrible and so uncomfortable.

also, try eating a high fiber cereal in the morning. I swear by spinach, like a whole pate of it. Next day you're good to go...
