Very Early Flight!

So, we are going to Disney next Friday!

Anyway, our flight is out of AC at 6:30AM. That means we pretty much have to leave at 2:30AM.

Any helpful hints getting the kids out that early. I have a 2 and 4 yr old.

Was told to dress them in comfy sweats instead of pajamas. I'll warm the car then pretty much get them up last before we have to go and we will carry the boys in. Hoping they sleep in the car.

At least it's not a long flight. Last flight coming home from Aruba was a nightmare!! My older DS was 3.5 then and threw up while my 1.5 yr old screamed when we landed bc it was late and taxi'd so long. Caused a man to fight another guy over a little girl hitting into him by mistake.

I just got back from a trip where I traveled alone with three kids and had to catch a flight at 6:00 am!

if you can, let them sleep in comfy clothes so they don't have to change in the morning. I packed breakfast (hard boiled eggs, sausage and toast) as well as some snacks. Obviously, have everything ready the night before so you're not rushing around in the morning. Good luck!

I let dd(2 years old) wear her P'Js to the airport then after we got threw security I went and changed her into real clothes.
We packed the car n warmed it up first, I literally picked her up from a sleep put her in the car seat *she then was awake but still alittle out of it* By the time we got to the air port she was all happy and excited didn't even realize that it was still dark out lol.. she then slept for more then half the flight to Disney..

Let them travel in their PJs and have socks for their feet in the car and a blanket. Pack a change of clothes for the airplane and some snacks. Just get everything in the car and put the kids in last and as quietly as possible. They will wake up but should fall back to sleep once the car gets moving.
