Stomach hurting/cramping early

With DS1 I didn't feel that I was even preggo until I gave birth practically (or I just don't remember and had a fabulous pregnancy).
However, I am only 6.5 weeks preggo and my stomach is cramping/hurting every day. I haven't really slept, and yesterday, really danced at an event and ran after DS the whole day but at the end of the day, my stomach was cramping bad. It's not nausea. Has anyone else had this? I haven't had a doctor appointment yet and besides a blood test, don't have a sonogram until the 16th. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've had cramping in all my pregnancies, including this one for a better part of the 1st trimester. I'm only a little over 4 weeks at this point, but have been crampy for 1.5 weeks. It still freaks me out because I've had a miscarriage. But when I think back to it, I don't think I had the cramping with the pregnancy I miscarried, except for when it was actually going on.

ETA: I thought I was going to get the worst period ever when the cramping started a week and a half ago.
