Why am I so tired? (rhetorical Q)

Oh, right, I'm almost 7 months pregnant! I have this internal dialogue with myself every single day around 3 pm. I get so tired--like burning-around-my-eyes exhausted. I don't remember feeling this tired when I was pregnant with DD, but I suspect that's because I wasn't taking care of an active 2 3/4 year old (who recently all but stopped napping) on top of working from home. I commuted until 39 weeks, but at least I got to snooze on the train!

i hear you..... i ask my self this all the time. i am only 10 weeks pregnant, but i am working full time chasing around autistic children all day, i have an hour commute and have a 2 year old and a 4 year old. of course i'm tired!!! lol......
it is so much more exhausting when you have another one at home. at least with #1, you could take a nap!

14 weeks here. Waiting for that supposed 2nd trimester burst of energy. I wake up at 530 every morning to go teach high school sp ed students and then when I get home job #2 starts (my almost 3 yr old). I have been going to bed by 8pm every night. I am still sick and pretty miserable. Pregnancy #2 is kicking my ass. Hang in there ladiee.

I am definitely more tired with this one than with DS#1 at this point in the pregnancy -- 33w6d. I can't even blame it on DS even though he's 3yrs old+ -- yes he's very active but he's also in daycare 4 days a week, with my MIL the other day and on the weekends, DH chases him around because I just.can't.do.it.anymore.

I definitely got the 2nd trimester burst of energy. I felt great for most of it. I'm now 27 weeks and it's hitting me like a ton of bricks again!

Although oddly enough, I do notice I feel better on the days that I was able to squeeze in some exercise (I mean other than chasing DD). I guess the saying "energy begets energy" is true.
